5. Tracking cannot be provided to all the orders. In case if you don't receive the product even after 10 working days,  tracking details can be provided.Usually linen will take 5/7 days for despatch.

7. If there is any damage, it should be reported within 24 hours with a unboxed video.
 

8. Thread pulls & smudges and misprints will not be considered as damages.
 

9. And the quality of product depends on the price. Plz dont expect ₹500 product to look like ₹5000 product.
